Mostar got a new generation of ambassadors of wine culture, ready to participate in strengthening and promoting the local and national wine scene.

Mostar Wine School 2025

Organized by the Herzegowine Association and Only VIP Sarajevo, the first generation of the Mostar Wine School was completed, a unique educational program that brought together more than 35 participants interested in professional acquisition of knowledge in the field of oenology and wine culture over two months.

After five cycles of lectures and practical workshops, and the final analysis of knowledge, all participants who met the prescribed conditions were awarded certificates of successfully completed education. With this, Mostar got a new generation of ambassadors of wine culture, ready to participate in strengthening and promoting the local and national wine scene.

The Herzegowine Association expressed special satisfaction with the quality of this year's program, pointing out that the interest of the participants, their motivation and engagement further confirmed the need for systematic wine education in Herzegovina.

Special thanks were given to the partner Wine Shop Only VIP Sarajevo and the renowned sommelier Tarik Sadović, whose expertise, experience and dedicated work were key to the successful realization of the program. The Herzegowine Association pointed out that they are proud to have brought this education together, as a strong partnership team that shares the same vision of the development of wine culture.

"This generation of the School of Wine has confirmed to us that Mostar has an exceptional potential for the development of wine education and wine tourism. The participants showed a high level of interest, dedication and love for wine. We are proud of their success and look forward to all the future projects we will build together," said the Herzegowine Association.

The association announced that applications for the new generation of the Mostar Wine School in 2026 are already open, and that all those interested can contact the organizer and secure their place on time.
